Hi, the sink in my rented unit is rusty and I would like to ask the landlord to replace the sink. Is this possible?
I have already moved in 3 months. I previously raised this issue (within the 30 days grace period) with my housemate who said she would liaise with the agent, but I did not get a reply. It's starting to bother my skin now. Is there anything I can do about this without expensing my money?
