I am expat just landed in KL and hoping to find an apartment for rent in South Bangsar. I have managed to shortlist atleast the buildings just by visiting the area and came up with the list of 4 sites The Estate, Park residance, Inwood residance, and Secoya residance. Can you please confirm my understanding please on the following. Every single building and within that every single apartment has its own agent? There is no way to shortlist the appartments as everyone is using same generic pictures and description? There is no agent who has more than 1 or 2 unit within the same building and there is hardly any agent listing multiple buildings. So this would mean I have to arrange around 50 appointments? Not really customer friendly business model. Can you atleast recomend from the list of many many agents who is reliable and has multiple units available for the above buildings?!
