hi there i have a property in klang. it is in taman palm grove , asingle storey house 3bedrooms,2bath, it is has been refinanced before and im left with rm160k with the loan. the thing is now im planning to sell the house and was wondering what are the procedures and what advice do you have on this matter. can i even sell the house even if its on refinance? and how much can i actually sell it for? which agents are available for that area and their contacts please and thank you.
