Hi there, i just bought a unit of condo in PJ and looking forward to rent it.
The problem right now is that the law firm indicating that it will take at least three months for the property to become legally mine.
But i will have to start paying for the house loan next month. Is it possible to prepare a tenancy agreement with the current tenant? (Even if the property still not legally mine).
*FYI, existing tenant does not have any tenancy agreement with previous owner.
