Hi There,I would like to sell my unit at Merdeka Villa Apartments in Ampang with the intention of buying a house within the selling price of the apartment. It’s a 930sq ft unit, renovated, with individual strata title, a non bumi lot. Any agents willing to assist me on this? Preferably, somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of city.
