Hi to all,
My father has a corner unit double storey Semi-D at Jalan Sri Bahagia 15.
The house is under his name and her sister name.
Now we intend to sell it off once the rental lease end with the tenant.
Do we need both(my father and hi sister) to be present for all the document signing or my father alone will do.
As the house is purchased long ago when my father is still a Malaysian. So if he wants to sell it will there be any issue.
His sister is still a Malaysian.
