Hi! We're a couple booking (20 Aug–20 Sep) and both work remotely. Before booking, could you confirm:

Internet: Is it dedicated fibre (Unifi/TIME) to the unit, or shared building WiFi? Could you share a Speedtest screenshot taken inside the apartment?
Workspace: Are there two usable work surfaces (a proper desk plus dining table/kitchen island) and a comfortable chair?
Facilities: Will we get the access cards for the gym and pool for the full stay?
Price: Could you send a custom offer at your monthly rate for 16 nights?
