Hi, Would like to check. Is condo management can create a rules that after 10pm no one can walk around gardening area. I do understand that tenants or any residents are nt allowed to use any facilities around like swimming pools and gym, etc. but walking around and taking fresh air or meet up with friends just sit near the gardening is not allowed? unless we make noise where can disturb or tenants or residents yes i agree.
something new to me . please help me to clear this tq
