hi..Current loan is under my name but SPA is under my name and my x . I have add his name in it ! Now we break up so want to make things clear , I want to ask is it he can request me to pay him 1/2 of the price of the house if i want to kick him out of that house ?

Legally owner name are stated in Title, you my refer info (share portioned) in it. So, answer is Yes. Read More
