Hi,I am a Non-Malaysian and married with malaysian wife.Can i buy a land or Lot in Malaysia less than RM 1 Million?. Rm 1 Million is exempted on what types of property considering my family status? If cannot buy on my name, can i have on joint name with my wife and me as owners?
