Hi,i am currently searching for condo/serviced apartment (3 bedroom) around Klang Lama Road/Sentul/Jalan Kuching/Kinrara/ for price 300k to 480k. Complete by 2018. Not prefer sub sales. Prefer Freehold and at least partially furnished. Please help!. Thank you!

Hi, Mr Maney I have fully renovated 3+1 rooms serviced apartment at The Wharf Residence, Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong (leasehold 99 years, balance approx 95 years) for sale at RM470,000.00. The unit for sale is equipped with sofa, TV cabinet, beds, wardrobe, dressing table, kitchen cabinet (top and bottom), hood and hob, dining table and chairs, curtain, lights and fans.
