Dear Mr Anon/Ms Anny TQ for your question in PropertyGuru. Foreigners can purchase properties in Malaysia, beyond certain threshold. In Kuala Lumpur RM 1 Mil & above In the state of Selangor RM 2 Mil & above. Yes, generally, you may state rental income from property in Singapore, provided you have a Stamped Tenancy Agreement, and evidence of rental payments from Bank statements. Then due to Currency fluctuations only 70% of rental income would be taken to calculate your loan eligibility. I hope that the above clarifications would be of some help. TQ v much.
