Hi,i'm living at taman sentosa,klang.my family have been living in a same rented house for the past 14 years.now,the owner has agreed to sell the house to me.what should i do as my first step?

Get a lawyer to act as a stakeholder( if u don't have a real estate negotiator), as a neutral person to hold your deposite /booking fee.( All payments go through him or her). Meanwhile apply for your loan. Read More
