Hi,me & my bf is planning to buy a house
Im a malaysian work in singapore.
My monthly income 5k sgd my bf income Rm 7k
Both of us have car loan Rm 1k each and credit card as well
How much loan can we apply for?We are looking at house that cost about Rm600k
What document do i need to apply since im working in Singapore

Hi, may i know which location do you intend to buy ? base on both income should't be a problem to purchase the house between rm600k to rm700k. loan doc required : 1) Latest 3 months payslip 2) latest 3 months bank statement (salary credit in) 3) Letter of employer's confirmation 4) CBS reports from Singapore Read More
