Hi Ms. Jennifer Kong, Megan Avenue 1 rentals use to be averaging RM2.80 psf but with the current market situation, most owners of strata offices are competing for the limited number of tenants in the market hence reducing the rentals according to the tenants budget. in short it's the tenants market now.
