Property Guru website portal is on a yearly subscription basis and for advertising multiple properties. It is mainly used by property agents and property negotiators. It is not cost effective for owners to subscribe yearly and just advertise one or two properties. Please engage the services of a property agent or negotiator to advertise on PropertyGuru.
