How to cancel tenancy agreement.
I started a new contract for a condo. I totaly not happy with rental agent and owner, apartments is in bad shape and they don't do anything to fix it
In booking confirmation that we signed 2 week ago, it's written this sentence
If the tenant subsequently decided not to proceed further for whatever reason and /or failed to sign the tenancy agreement within 7 days when it is
ready for execution. The said Earnest Deposit shall be forfeited as compensation which shall be shared equally between the Landlord and Dreamvest Realty Sdn Bhd.
When does the 7 days of tenancy agreement ready for execution begin? Is that when it is available to sign or is it when tenant go inside the apartments?
