how to sell off a property inherited to me by my deceased mother ? i already have the letter of administration and have been appointed sole executioner but i dont have other documents example original sale and purchase agreement. the developer already bankrupt so i cannot extract a copy. what should i do ?

it doesnt matter, as long as you have the LA. then you can sell it. s&p missing in action also no problem. u can obtain land search form land office. Read More
