Dear Ms. Jessica,

Please click the the alternative link below the blue upload button when you want to upload .jpeg photo file during your listing creation in your AgentNet account.

There is a misconfiguration of the blue upload button where it could not accept .jpeg photo file while it only accept .jpg photo file.

We already escalated the matter to IT department to get it fixed.

Meanwhile, please use the alternative link if you want to upload .jpeg photo file.

As for other solution, you also may rename the extension of .jpeg photo file to be in .jpg extension for it to be accepted by the blue upload button.
