How would like know the property is master title or strata title ? when the management office use Strata title act 757 to threaten the residence and if they don't have the strata title how can we take action on these people in management office? TQ in advance

JMB is formed as the management body during the interim period prior to the issuance and registering of strata titles to the residents. After that, a MC, Management Corporation is formed. Irrespective of the issuance of strata titles yet or not, the JMB or MC have a duty to comply with the Strata Title (Amendment Act 2016). Read More
