Hi Ada, KLCC and Mont Kiara have a many supply of condominiums. It is better to buy a unit in the secondary market with an existing tenant instead of from the developer. Many of the investors who buy from developer had to wait out 6 months or more without a tenant. Also the popular units are 2 or 2 + 1 rooms type in KLCC. KLCC is more convenient in terms of transportation and within KL city center.
