i am a landlord renting out a studio condo. An potential tenant and agent view the unit and paid RM500 by the agent (rental RM1,100/month) as booking fee and advice will move in by mid of following month. The agent didn't ask to sign anything.
When i ask the agent shall we sign a copy of booking acceptance form before the tenancy agreement ready or at least to hold until certain date and also i want to add the amenities list into the tenancy agreement (agent said she will cover for the tenancy agreement). However the agent silent for 3 days.
i was doubting is the tenant or agent really want this unit or not. And i can't keep waiting them without the confirmation.
