I am a Malaysian citizen married to a foreign spouse. Can we apply for joint loan. I understand that SPA can only contain my name but what about the loan. My wife has all the necessary visa and EPF deductions.

Hi,
You can join name in the properties also if the house price above RM1mil or eligible for foreigner to buy.
Else, use only your name in SPA, and you and your spouse join name apply loan is acceptable in Malaysia.
