I am a Malaysian citizen who is now working abroad. My monthly salary is about RM 6.5k. I am interested in buying a landed house in Johor Bahru under the HOC project. However, can I get a loan from the bank as I have never worked in Malaysia? And also, how can I get the buying process done without being in Malaysia? Please advise, thanks!
