I am a property representative in my area, Penampang, Sabah. A potential REN wished to negotiate terms with me concerning a deal which I am currently undertaking its sale. What are the rules pertaining to any agent or person having interests in joining as a third party to negotiate on a progressing deal. How is his share of profit calculated in the event that he succeed in selling my subject property of my client? Please advise. Thank you.
