I am a Singaporean and have a joint property in Malaysia with my Dad and Brother (all Singaporeans). However the mortgage for the property is under my sole name. My brother and father want to remove their names from the property. The transfer of ownership to my sole name does not involve any price consideration. Is it possible for the property gonna transferred via a Deed of Gift that the transfer is by live and affection with no price consideration.
