I am a Singaporean recently being posted by my company to work in Malaysia. My company will apply a work permit for me in Malaysia & I will be paying Malaysian Tax. If so, am I eligible to buy a property in the Johor area that is less than RM1 million? Are there any other restrictions that I should know about ?
