I am a tenent of condo unit. The unit was auctioned to a new owner. My question is:
1. Can the previous owner terminate the TNB while I am still occupying in the unit?
2. Can the new owner change the Registered owner with TNB. or
3. Can I use the previous tenancy agreent to change the registered uswd of TNB.

Discus with both owner to change the name without cut off the electric. better previous owner and new owner go together at TNB, Since previous owner of cos want the deposit back. Read More
