Hi, I'm a Real Estate Negotiator. From my understanding, propertyguru website are not allow private owner to do advertisement. Is that you have bad experience last time via agent? Property Guru website portal is on a yearly subscription basis and for advertising multiple properties. It is mainly used by property agents and property negotiators. It is not cost effective for owners to subscribe yearly and just advertise one or two properties. Please engage the services of a property agency like us to advertise on Property Guru and other websites or print media. Thank you.
