I am Fatimah from Singapore. Me and my husband will be in KL next week between 30 March (Friday) to 1 April (Sunday) and we’re hoping to get a non obligatory advice from a house agent regarding landed property ownership for foreigners around KL area. We are not serious buyers but we are enquirer for future investments. Can u recommend someone who we can meet for a general consult and perhaps show us a house or two? I am more interested in landed properties that range between RM 1M to RM 2M. Semi D is also fine. Preferably new houses. Around MSC area would be good. Will probably take less than half a day for the general consultation and property viewings. And may i know how much roughly is the fee as such?

hi i am kamaljit .i came across you add and would like to help you out.the area that you are looking out is MSC is near cyber jaya which is around almost 40 min to kl city with the access of highway.yes they do have lot new house in this area. for singopore to purchase landed property in this area of MSC it have to be rm 2 million and above as this place is in selongor state.if it around kuala lumpur city for foreigner it around rm 1 million above. just to remind if you plan to take bank loan ,the borrowing margin is only 60% and the rest have to be your own fund. also do take note this is subject of the professional of the borrower.if you need any other infor please do not hesitate to whattaap me on 0123911502  ..regards kamaljit Read More
