I am helping my friend who currently lives in the UK to buy a residential property in Seremban for retirement. I understand that he has to apply to the EPU State Authorities. Where are they located and what is the application form that he must complete

You can either check with lawyers to find out more of the procedure. Government department won't help much in this case. Minimum purchase shall be RM1million at least (latest update if I'm not wrong) Read More
