I am interested in buying a double storey bungalow house in SS1 Kampung Tunku, Petaling Jaya. It is a basic house about 30 years old. Unfortunately all the owner has is the deed of title, no SPA, no CF. Should I pursue? Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
