I am interested to invest in KL. I have short listed Ampang and Mount Kira. Can someone guide me which is best from rental occupancy point of view, as I know in MK there is only 70% occupancy rate. Thanks

Hello Mr. Adnan,
You need to know the occupancy and demand for the particular project whether it is in Ampang or MK. Not all thge projects within those areas that you have shortlisted are performing well.
