I am intereted to buy a property for my parents which is RM315,000 but i have decided to sell 2 old houses in order to purchase the new one. We already have potential buyers but have to secure the RM319,000. How much do i need to pay as the booking fees? And how long can the landlord wait till we make nesessary arrangements for payments.Tks

Perak 2%-3% earnest deposit on the selling price

grace period pending signing sales & purchase agreement 21 days to 30 days upon vendor acceptance date .

should purchaser failed to sign the SPA in between grace period ,earnest deposit is forfeited as per the letter to secure purchaser(terms and condition apply)
