I am keen in buying a service residence in JB, walking distance to CIQ for investment, while waiting for the property to appreciate I intend to rent out. Location is at Jln Meldrum Hills. I saw some advertise a fully furnished unit are able to fetch betweeen RM1800-RM2400. Can anybody advise me what is the chances of getting rented out at this location? What is the potential around this area?
