I am looking for a housing agent who is HONEST, HAS INTEGRITY & is TRANSPARENT in his/ her dealings.
I need a 1 rm + 1 bath (1k or below) with decent living room space OR 2 rm 2 bath (1,800k or below)!
Condo OR Apartment with security.
The flat MUST BE SUPER CLEAN . I wont view anything that will be "cleaned later". It should have been clean when people were living there.
Prefer low density, away from traffic noise ( am a light sleeper). Clean surroundings n good maintenance.
dont mind older properties as long as they are clean and safe. With gym will help.
Im single female in 50s and have 2 cats.
Prefer partially furnished. Need to have good working order Fridge, washing machine, stove.
House must be free of cockroach n termite infestation.
Im fussy about cleanliness so landlord can be assured i will keep it well.
Move in end June/ mid July
