I am looking for a lawyer as I am planning to purchase a condo which yet to get VP and strata title. This is my first time buying a house. I understand that strata title might only release many years later.. Would like to know whether the strata title will be given to first owner or directly to me ? does it mean signing the S& P with the first owner directly means I am entitled to the strata title?

Good day! The title will be transferred directly to you, unless the developer has applied the strata title in the Owner's name. The lawyer will obtain confirmation and agreement from the developer for the strata title to be issued directly to you. The lawyer will handle all the necesssary.
