I am looking for high rise units which is new and/or ready to get CF soon (unoccupied or still haven't gotten vacant possession). I understand that strata title will only be issued many years later.
1) Will the strata title issued to first owner or directly to me?
2) how to make sure the strata title will go directly to me?
3) what is the procedure like?
4) Can I buy a property if it's still haven't gotten VP?
