I am looking into renting three commercial properties for partnering with business and education in Kuala Lumpur inshaAllah. What kind of monthly rent would I be looking at? The first is for a holistic Islamic wellness clinic, offering counseling and therapy services, acupuncture, chiropractic, herbs shop, and perhaps an infrared sauna if affordable. The second is an English and Arabic language school so I need several classrooms and a school layout, and the third an Islamic school and zawiya which is probably the biggest rent or purchase.of the three to investigate.
