I am planning to buy a sub-sale property (landed terrace). What are the typical documents that I should expect to receive after the S&P is completed, title transferred to my name, loan disbursed to seller and I gotten the keys?

E.g. will the lawyer pass me a copy of the title or like Form KTN 14A? Any other documents?

The lawyer will pass you a copy of the title deed in your name, the stamped SPA, the stamped Loan Agreement, the Charge Documents, the stamp duty that you have paid, etc related to the transaction. On top of that you may request for a copy of the Certificate of Fitness and the approved renovation plans, if any from the previous owners through your lawyer. Read More
