I am selling my bungalow. Who pays for lawyer fee for S&P? Please advise.

Dear Ms.Ng buyer will pay for the s&p lawyer fees and stamp duty. owner side just need to pay lump sum of Misc charges from the lawyer. if owner use the same lawyer as buyer, the lawyer charges will be even cheaper.
