I am the owner of a serviced residence in Tropez Residences in Danga Bay. I have been observing the rental market and note that there is an oversupply of units up for sale as well as rental in Tropez Residences as well as JB in general. Are there any serious tenants looking to rent a property in JB at all? What should be the strategy to attract them to my unit?
