I am thinking of selling my property, but i have recently renewed the tenancy agreement with my tenant. How does selling property that is rented out to others work?

Also, when i purchased my property i had a lawyer. when i sell my property now, do i need to take the same lawyer, or can i appoint lawyers from other law firms?

You can sell it with tenancy, if not you have to refund and compensate the current tenant. Yes, Of course you can appoint another lawyer for new sales and purchase. Read More
