I am working in oversea. Plan to purchase 2 unit medium cost apartment( RM400K each ) in Klang Valley to rent out. Since I am in oversea, I will be relying 100% on this agent to purchase and to rent out or even to resale later on. I am looking for a patient and dedicated Agent that willing to help me on everything pertaining to advice, survey, negotiate, billing, lawyer liasing, repair, tenant liasing or even renovation. I need a Full-timer Agent.
