Which floor did you buy for more than RM2,900 per sq ft? The size of 94 sq ft does not allow much room for merchandising or seats, if F&B outlet. Your tenant will not be able to sustain the business to pay you the rent of RM15 per sq ft in future (yield 6.5%).

The Bangsar Trade Center is not suitable for a retail mall. It is an office building. it is not friendly to shoppers eg. car accessibility, ample carparks and most importantly residents within 5 mins drive. For malls to be successful it needs at least 500,000 sq ft of retail spaces to attract the shoppers. Read More
