I bought a house with my daughter with both of us on 1/2 shares. I was not qualified for the loan, so she took the full loan under her name only. I signed as sponsor for the loan. She bought MRTA under her name only as I am not a borrower. My question; should she pass on before me, do I have to pay for the balance of the loan OR I have to pay half of the remaining loan?
