I bought a property in Johor Bahru during year 2010 Month of May under HSBC with 7 years lock in period, the property bought with bank loan of RM270000, now due to some reason I need to transfer it to my sister name before the lock in period and possible refinance it with another bank, what are the procedure for such refinancing and how much cash do I need to standby? Pls advice!
