I bought house on last year 2022, SAP signed on Oct'22, house value around 535k, loan amount around 482k.
Am I entitled to stamp duty exemption? I'm first time home buyer.
But stamp duty I already paid to lawyer, I just want to know whether can claim back stamp duty?
