I boughy a apartment in sentul in may..letter of offer signed on may for 325k..and 3% deposit through agent..submited loan to maybank.. the problem is that the seller was blacklisted and maybank needed him to clear the brankuptcy..
The agent and owner told me to wait and they wil clear the problem..
After 3months iof waiting..they told me that the bank will take longer to clear him and onwer told agent to refund my deposit..
Now i see the same property on the market for 370k!
My question is ..could the agent and owner work together to make a bigger profit.? Where can i complain about this issue..
Its very frustating to wait in vain for 3 months and lose out..as i did not pursue any other property during this period and lost out tax free break..
