I got a ShopSave III Loan Package from Public Bank. After 1 month, i found that the outstanding loan amount doesn't seem correct based on my own calculation. I approached the bank but they are still unable to provide me with a correct calculation till now (after 3 weeks). Anyone took this package and experience the same issue or anyone able to get a correct calculation?
